New capabilities of SharePoint Designer 2010

1. We can directly open the site with in a designer using site actions on the right side.
2. We will have all files,folders & you can find all files including master pages.
3. For alist you can create columns using designer.
4. You can see the general setting of the site.
5. You create an External content type using SharePoint Designer.
