How to generate Report from SharePoint
List using Sql Server Business Intelligence Development Studio
Press ok. Then you will find
the below screen.
Click Next
In the Next just select
Microsoft SharePoint List as shown below.
Give your site URL in the
Connection String.
Click CheckBox Make this a
Shared DataSource.
Click Next.
Now you will find the below
screen.
Click on Query Builder.
Now you will find the below
screen.
Now select your SharePoint
List and select the required columns you want and click on Run Query as shown
in the figure below.
Now click on Ok.
Now you will get the query
generated by SharePoint as shown below.
Now click on Next.
You will find the below
screen.
Select any Radio Button
according to your requirement.
Now select all columns as
shown in the below figure.
Now click on Details.
Now you will find the below
screen.
Now click on Next.
You will find the below
screen.
Now click on Next you will
find the below screen.
Now again click on Next you
will find the below screen.
Now click on Finish.
You will get the report
generated as shown in the following figure.
Now click F5 & Run the
Report. You will see the Output as shown in the following figure.
