1. Navigate to the SharePoint Admin Center
2. Click Manage Site Collections
3. Click the New button,When you click new a new page pops up over the current window. This simple wizard will collect all the information necessary to create and initially configure your new site collection.
4. Then you need select Team Site in Template Selection option.
5. Once the site is created it will appear in the list of site collections. Selecting a site from the list of site collections will also light up the other buttons in the ribbon.
Note:Click Manage under Sharepoint Online category, which will guide you into The Sharepoint Admin center
