- Login to your SharePoint 2010 site with Administrator Credentials.
- Go to your specific list.
- On Ribbon Click on List Tab.
- In List Tab Click on List Settings.
- Go to column you want to make it as a Primary Key.
- Click on that column.
- Now in that column you will find Enforce Unique Values.
- Select Yes option for Enforce Unique Values and press OK.
- Now the respective column will be set as Primary Key.
